My Personal Training sessions are designed especially for you to achieve YOUR goals. Whether it’s for weight loss, weight gain, body shaping, injuries or sports-specific training, every session is carefully planned out so you reach maximum results.

Train one-on-one with me or choose to train with a friend or two – it’s up to you.

Personal Training Packages

Ten 30 minutes PT sessions

Ten 45 minutes PT sessions

BOOKINGS ARE ESSENTIAL

4 Weeks WRITTEN notice via email is required before changing or cancelling packages. Make-ups for the 2 sessions per week package can only be made up when under the SAME, PAYING package, and expire after 1 month.
