Group Fitness Training sessions are a great way to meet new, like-minded people, they keep you motivated and accountable, they provide you with encouragement and support from both your trainer and your training mates, and they are a whole lot of fun!

Every session is carefully planned out to maximise your results and no two sessions are ever the same! Our team of qualified PERSONAL TRAINERS aim to give each client a personal training experience in a group fitness environment.

Vigour Dynamic Fitness Sessions are designed for everyone – no matter what your fitness level.  You work at your own pace.  To keep these sessions interesting and challenging, I use a range of fitness equipment such as: Kettle Bells; Medicine Balls; Fit Balls; Exercise Bikes; Boxing Equipment; Resistance Bands; Crank-it Straps; Ab Rollers; Dumbbells; Tyres and mix it up with plenty of Body Weight Exercises too!

Boxing

An exciting, fun and popular workout sparring with a partner.  Boxing provides a fantastic high intensity workout for your entire body.  It’s a great way to burn fat and calories faster, perfect for people of all ages and fitness levels, from beginners to advanced, it assists in weight loss and helps you gain strength, balance and co-ordination.

POWER rounds and cardio intervals are sure to get you lean and keep you keen.  Some gloves, pads and inners are provided and hand wraps are encouraged to be worn.

 

WHAT TO BRING:

  • Own Gloves & Pads (Optional – some are provided)
  • Hand Wraps/Inners (Optional – some are provided)
  • Water Bottle
  • Towel
  • Something comfortable to wear

Boxing Classes: Monday 9:15am; Tuesday 6pm, Thurs 5:45am and Fri 345pm 

Crank-it Circuit Suspension

Crank-it Circuit caters for all fitness levels from beginners to the advanced.  Utilising gravity and your own body weight, your workouts can be easily adjusted to increase or decrease the intensity of each exercise.

Crank-it suspension training also incorporates other functional training exercises.  Stations are set up with varying intervals and exercises which are aimed at improving muscular conditioning and physical endurance.

  • Towel
  • Something comfortable to wear

Crank-it Circuit Suspension Classes: Wednesday 9:15am and Thursday 6pm.

Bootcamp

Bootcamp  Sessions may include a range of Functional exercises, kettle bells, resistance bands, tyres, obstacle race preparation, medicine balls, and fitness training…anything goes!

Every Bootcamp session is different and is designed to challenge you.  As with all Vigour Sessions, Bootcamp is suitable for all fitness levels, you can go at your own pace.

Bootcamp: Wednesdays 5:45am and Sat 7am

HIIT

 

HIIT Sessions High Intensity Interval Training which may  include primal body weight exercises based on the foundations of Zuu functional training…It is designed to improve your cardio, strength and conditioning.  HIIT has something for everyone…from the basic beginner to the elite and advanced…everyone can achieve great results!  A challenging and fun session awaits you!

  • Towel
  • Gloves (Optional)
  • Something comfortable to wear

HIIT Classes: Mondays 6pm

Pilates

Pilates (You Only Live Once), develops the body uniformly, corrects wrong postures, restores physical vitality, invigorates the mind and elevates the spirit.  Pilates improves balance, co-ordination and circulation, strength and flexibility and creates longer, leaner muscles.

WHAT TO BRING:

  • Water Bottle
  • 2 x Towels
  • Non-Slip Socks (Optional)
  • Foam Roller (If you have)
  • Pilates Mat (Optional)
  • Fitted Shorts/Tights

Pilates Class: Tuesdays 9:15am 

W.O.W. Bootcamp

 

W.O.W. is a Brand New Group Session consisting of a ‘Workout of the Week’.  It includes a mix of Cardio & Body Weight exercises.  This is a fantastic session includes a little bit of everything to help blast away the fat!

Bootcamp

Group Training Packages

4 Weeks WRITTEN notice via email is required before changing or cancelling packages. There is a $29.95 Admin FEE.
Sessions are subject to change. Check timetable page or Facebook for a change in venue due to poor weather. Sessions run with a minimum of 4 people and bookings are recommended via Facebook or text. All participants are required to sign an indemnity form confirming they are medically fit and need to discuss any concerns they might have with the trainer prior to beginning training. All participants participate at their own risk. All children are to be closely supervised and are the sole responsibility of their parents. All dogs are to be kept on a short lead.
