How can You Change Your Thoughts?
Much of our life begins in our thoughts.
Changing your thoughts can change your life…but, how do you change them?
- Take an inventory of your thoughts and make a note of the negative/harmful thoughts that you think to yourself repeatedly that are limiting or hurting you
- Create an alternative positive/encouraging/helpful thought that you wish to put in its place
- When you catch yourself saying/thinking the negative/harmful thought, put the brakes on and tell yourself STOP
- Consciously think to yourself the new thought that you’re going to replace the old thought with.
- Repeat Persevere Repeat
